Crafted from Sophia-grown serrano and cayenne peppers, with the addition of honey from our bee partners on the farm, this sauce is wonderfully hot and sweet.

Use Wisely Hot Sauce
Crafted from Sophia-grown serrano and cayenne peppers, our Use Wisely Hot Sauce is made by fermentation (rather than cooking or pickling with vinegar), creating a bright and fruit-forward taste that is still plenty hot.
